About Sarah

She graduated Cum Laude with a Law degree from the prestigious Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in 2019. During her university years, she served as Vice President of the Student Council of the Law Students Association (ADER) at the Santiago campus during the 2017–2018 term. Later, she obtained a Master’s degree in Land Legislation and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Legal Strategy Law at the Instituto OMG. She is fluent in English and has extensive knowledge of French.

She has participated in various specialized diploma programs related to her practice area. Additionally, she has attended international conferences such as the International Congress of Property Registry Law (CINDER) held in 2024 in San José, Costa Rica.

As part of her professional experience, she worked as an attorney at a prominent law firm in Santiago de los Caballeros, where she stood out as part of the team that led the first business reorganization proceeding filed in the Northern Region. Later, as a member of the legal team at SinerLex Dominicana, she organized the business reorganization process of a company in the hydrocarbons sector, recovering a significant amount on behalf of her client. This experience has given her extensive knowledge of Law No. 141-15 on Restructuring and Liquidation of Companies and Individual Merchants.

She currently serves as Attorney in the Corporate and Financial Law Department of the Firm.
