Attorney – Public Law and Foreign Investment
He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in 2022. During his university years, he actively participated in student organizations, including the Political Ideas Club (CIP), and served as President of the Student Law Committee (CED) at PUCMM, Santo Domingo Campus, during the 2021–2022 academic year.
He holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Law and Economic Regulation from his alma mater.
He is an Attorney in the Public Law and Foreign Investment Department.
