About Lilibeth

She graduated with a Law degree from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU) in 2019. She holds a Master’s degree in Criminology Applied to Security Management and Crime Prevention from Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio (UAX) in Madrid. She is proficient in English and has participated in various workshops and diploma programs related to her area of practice.

She took part in the First University Debate Tournament titled “Are Trade Unions Harmful to Democracy?” organized by Universidad Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU).

As part of her professional experience, she has worked as a litigation attorney in prestigious law firms, handling matters such as civil law and related procedures, civil liability in insurance law, telecommunications law, labor law, among others. She also served as legal counsel for the private company managing the port of Haina, where she contributed to the drafting of service contracts for the company’s operations, as well as handling litigation in specific areas.

She is an attorney in the Conflict Resolution and Real Estate Transactions Department.
