She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC), class of 2006, where she also earned a Master’s in Business Administration. She is currently completing a Master’s in Project Management from the Project Management Institute and the Negotiation Program offered by Barna Management School.

With over fifteen years of experience, she has led digital transformation initiatives, process optimization, and business development in high-demand sectors such as telecommunications, banking, and corporate services. Recognized for managing high-impact strategic projects, she has implemented technological solutions and agile methodologies to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.

She possesses extensive knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including SCRUM, Trello, Salesforce, and other major CRMs, as well as various ERP systems. Her skill set is complemented by quality certifications in ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001, and a Six Sigma Green Belt.

She has participated in numerous diploma programs, courses, and seminars related to her field of expertise.

Thanks to her specialized training and strategic negotiation skills, she has successfully built key partnerships and positioned brands in both national and international markets, significantly contributing to the growth and competitiveness of the organizations she has worked with.

She currently serves as the Project Manager of the firm.
