About César

César is a graduate of Valley Forge Military Academy and the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), where he earned his Law degree in 1998. He also completed the Master’s program in Economic Legislation and Business Law at PUCMM. He pursued postgraduate studies in Business Law and Marketing at McGill University and Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. Additionally, he earned a diploma as an “International Relations Analyst” from the Diplomatic and Consular School of the Dominican Republic’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is also a graduate of the director training and development program offered by Barna Management School. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.

César has participated in various legal seminars both domestically and internationally, and has contributed to notable research projects such as “Foreign Investment in Cuba.” He previously worked for one of the country’s top law firms and was part of the first legal team to join the Dominican Institute of Telecommunications (INDOTEL) at the time of its foundation.

He specializes in the design of corporate legal structures, contracts, mediation and negotiation, and the management of both local and transnational legal strategies. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Banco Múltiple BDI and has been in private practice since 2001.

He is a founding partner of the firm.
