He graduated Cum Laude in 2017 with a Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), and holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Registry Law from the same institution, with participation from the University of Navarra. He is fluent in English and has a solid working knowledge of French.

He has participated in various seminars on real estate and registry law in the Dominican Republic, as well as international conferences related to his field, including the International Congress of Registry Law (CINDER) held in 2022 in Porto, Portugal.

His practice focuses on real estate, civil, labor, commercial, administrative, and family law, among others.

He has maintained a close and ongoing professional relationship with the Dominican Real Estate Registry system, which further strengthens his private practice.

He currently serves as the Head of the Dispute Resolution and Real Estate Transactions Department.
