He is a graduate of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), where he earned his Law degree in 2003 and later obtained a Master’s in Civil Procedural Law from the same institution.

He has participated in numerous diploma programs, courses, seminars, and events related to his legal practice. Additionally, he has shared his knowledge as a professor at the law school of Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE).

In 2012, he played a key role as Legal Director at the leading energy distribution and marketing company in the Dominican Republic, demonstrating his versatility and expertise across various areas of law.

He specializes in conflict prevention and resolution, is a civil litigator, and has experience in arbitrations of varying complexities and origins, as well as in partition and real estate transactions.

He serves as an arbitrator at the Alternative Dispute Resolution Center of the Santo Domingo Chamber of Commerce and Production, reinforcing his standing as a respected figure in the legal field in the Dominican Republic.
