Sinerlex Dominicana, Abogados Consultores was founded in 2001 by César Emilio Rodríguez Jiménez and began its operations by providing specialized legal services in civil and commercial law.

In 2003, Oliver Peña Veras joined as a partner and together lead the establishment of an agent focused on loan recovery. This venture quickly became one of the leading agents in its field and managed an extensive portfolio for major entities across the telecommunications, financial, and electricity sectors; this highlighted from its inception an outstanding capacity for large-scale project management.

Since 2004, the Firm broaden its scope of services, expanding its operations to debt collection and other liquid assets through key partnerships with important investment funds.
